Job Description Job Description Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale , you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-41/hour Paid Time Off Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Part-Time ; between the hours of 8am-2pm Location : 3319 N.
