Job Description Healthcare United is seeking a
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a team located
just 45 minutes south of Champaign, Illinois, in Coles County. This
position offers the opportunity to work alongside one full-time
Neurologist, four APPs, and one part-time Neurologist who performs
EMGs. The role includes a mix of outpatient, inpatient, or both,
with the clinic conveniently located in the hospital for seamless
access to inpatient consults. Requirements: - BC/BE in Neurology -
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings -
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Commitment to
providing high-quality patient care Benefits: - Competitive Salary:
$400,000 bonus based on RVU production - Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 -
Retention Bonus: $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at
the end of years 1, 2, & 3 - Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of base
salary, eligible upon earning the base salary - Generous Time Off:
33 days of paid time off annually - CME Allowance: 5 days $6,000
