Professional Sales Person- Two Years Experience

The position is a blend of hourly and commission, backed by additional bonuses. The pay listed may fluctuate higher depending on performance and your personal goals. Depending on experience, we can offer different tiers and higher-level opportunities in this position

• Ensure outstanding service for every customer.
  
• Consistently maintain punctuality and attendance.
  
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  
• Generate and execute sales leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.).
  
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers, aiming to close sales.
  
• Efficiently create and manage customer orders.
  
• Collaborate with delivery and installation teams.
  
• Monitor and meet sales goals set by the manager.
  
• Provide timely feedback on service issues.
  
• Adapt to changing processes and business needs.
  
• Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching.
  
• Utilize our IT systems for processing information.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
  
• Treat all customers equally.
  
• Contribute as a team member to store operations that include ensuring displays of merchandise are attractive and proper buyer's programs are followed
  Physical Demands:
  
  • Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties.
    
  • Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
    
  • Frequently lift and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds).
    
  • Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
    
  • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment and read technical information.
    
  • Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.
    Expected Working Hours:
    
    • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Store hours:
      
    • Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm.
      
    • Saturday and Sunday, 10am 6pm.Travel:
